A. During the upgrade window you will not be able to purchase a data plan. Once we have completed the upgrade you will be able to add plans as usual.

A. During the upgrade window you will not be able to check your data balance. Once we have completed the upgrade you will be able to check your balance as usual.
Q. Will I be able to browse the internet during the network upgrade?
A. Yes you will be able to browse as normal.
Q. Will I keep the same data plan after the network upgrade?
A. Yes you will continue to get the same great value from our wide range of data plans. Dial #129* or visit us at discoverflow.ky to see the plans available.
Q. Will I receive text notifications for data usage during the upgrade?
A. Yes text notifications will be available. However we encourage customers to dial #129* or use MyFlow App to check balances regularly to ensure you do not exceed your data plan limit. If you exceed your limit, you will be charged for out of plan usage.
Q. I am not receiving data usage notifications. How can I check my balance?
A. The first notification will be triggered at 75% of data usage. To check your balance please dial #129* or toggle airplane mode to activate usage information.
Q. Before the network upgrade my balance was 'X'. After the upgrade it is still 'X' although I used data during the upgrade?
A. As a reward to subscribers, prepaid data usage was not charged during the upgrade. We hope you enjoy the improved browsing experience.
Q. My data is going faster since the network upgrade. Why is this?
A. Our upgraded network will now deliver a much faster browsing experience therefore more data will be consumed. You may turn off your data plan when not browsing to reduce your data consumption.
