Maybe. If you have an existing internet plan from us, you may already have a modem that can handle the Superfast Broadband speeds. However, some older modems may not be able to handle the new speeds and will need to be replaced, which we’ll do free of charge. We’ll discuss this with you when we call to arrange the installation.
